Adult Ballet Classes with Miss Danielle at En Pointe Theatre Arts have improved my balance, flexibility and muscular strength. My Self-Confidence has increased due to the positive feedback. I enjoy being in class where we learn the correct technical foundations of classical ballet and discuss the step before we perform it ensuring we are doing so safetly. My daughter also attends classes with Miss Danielle she started out in Tiny Ballet and is now studying RAD Pre-Primary in Dance Ballet and you can see the progression between the training levels and the confidence she is building.
